How it works
The full process in 6 steps
From the moment a request is submitted to the moment a job is complete.
01
Request submitted
Anyone fills out the intake form. A job number is generated instantly and a Drive folder is created automatically.

Sam notified
Sam receives an email with the full brief and Drive folder link. She assigns the job in the tracker sheet.
03
Designer assigned
The designer gets an email with the full brief and art deadline. They open My Jobs to start work.
04
Work in progress
The designer updates status as work progresses. The requester sees live updates in My Requests.
05
Torey reviews first
The designer sends work to Torey. Torey approves or sends back with revision notes. The requester sees nothing until Torey approves.
06
Requester notified
Once Torey approves, the requester is automatically notified with a link to their approved files in Drive.
07
Complete
Job is marked complete and archived in the tracker. The job number stays permanent for future reorders.
